Before the second stage of pouring, the gate is hoisted and positioned as a whole, and the correct position of the gate is found before, after that, the bolt and the reinforcement of the project are welded firmly. 5. Before the gate leaves the factory, in order to make the gate board and the gate frame close together and reduce the gap after installation, the gate above 2 meters is equipped with the pressure plate clamp iron on the upper and lower transverse frames, and the top wire is added on the inclined iron of the vertical frame. Note that after the clearance is adjusted, the top wire of the clip iron and the inclined iron will be removed to make the gate open and close.

   鋼閘門常常用來開啟或者關閉水利工程中的一些過水口,能夠起到一個很好的調節流量和控制水位的效果,幫助各種船只順利通過各個閘口。在實際的應用中由于每個地方的地形和水石有所不同,我們使用的鋼閘門的種類也會有所不同,但是比較常見的兩種閘門是平面鋼閘門和弧形鋼閘門,那么這二者之間又有何區別呢? ??平面鋼閘門和弧形鋼閘門主要是依據鋼閘門的門葉的形狀進行分類的。平面型門葉鋼閘門的擋水面板是平面的,而弧形鋼閘門的擋水面板在設計制作當中則制作成了弧形的。二者之間比較好判別,一般只要看到了鋼閘門依據門葉不同很快就可以知道哪個是平面鋼閘門,哪個是弧形鋼閘門。 ??當然,二者之間的差異不僅僅是體現在形狀上,性能用途方面也是有所差異的,平面鋼閘門的由于結構相對簡單,制造起來也比較簡單,造價也因此比較低一些,維護起來也比較簡便,使用過程也不是很繁瑣
 
鋼制圓形閘門被運用到水利工程當中,其主要的作用就是滿足排水要求,對排水量進行調節,現在市面上銷售的鋼制圓形閘門已經在原來的基礎上,無論是在功能方面,還是在性能上面,都較以前有了明顯的改善。其內部采用了先進的制作工藝,在強壓的作用下,將其內部結構之間進行了嚴格密封,而在鋼制圓形閘門兩端,則采用的是焊接技術,在制作完成之后,還要對鋼制圓形閘門表面進行處理,提高表面的耐磨性能,以及抗擦能力,終達到提高其使用壽命的作用。。而弧形鋼閘門由于在制作過程中需要對它的形狀進行特殊的打造,因此生產工藝相對復雜一些,價格也比平面鋼閘門略貴,安裝過程也比較復雜,但是它的性能是比較高的。
 
閘門是水利水電工程中各種渠道上的控制性設備,廣泛應用于中小型水利水電、市政給 排水工程、水產養殖、農田灌溉等水利工程。它是用于開啟控制水位,調節流量的作用。 閘門由閘板、閘框、壓板、止水銷、吊鼻等組成。 1、在閘門安裝前,先檢查各連接部位的螺栓是否因運輸裝卸中造成的松動,如有松動應加以緊固。 2、檢查主立框與橫框連結上的止水面是否有錯位,如有錯位則松動連接螺栓將止水面調整在同一平面內。 3、閘門安裝時應采用整體就位安裝,禁止閘框、閘板分體安裝,防止閘框變形。 4、二期澆筑前將閘門整體吊裝就位后找好前后、左右的正確位置,然后調整螺栓與工程配鋼筋焊牢固。 5、閘門出廠前,為了使閘板、閘框貼合的更緊,安裝后減少間隙,2米以上的閘門在上下橫框上安裝了壓板卡鐵,立框的斜鐵上增加了頂絲。注意在間隙調整后將卡鐵和斜鐵上的頂絲拆除,以使閘門啟閉。
