卷揚啟閉機由機架、電動機、制動器、加速器、聯軸器、調速器、卷筒安裝、均衡滑輪組、鋼絲繩、吊具和主令控制器、高度指示器、負荷控制器等組成。1、 經過制動輪聯軸器等與加速器的高速軸聯接，加速器的低速軸上裝有開式小齒輪，和與卷筒聯接在一同的開式大齒輪嚙合，卷筒軸爲心軸，兩端固定支承在軸承座上。2、起吊用的鋼絲繩，穿過動滑輪、均衡滑輪，中間辨別用壓板固定在卷筒左右螺旋槽的端部。動滑輪吊板下部與閘門吊耳聯合，當電動機正反運轉時，卷筒隨著轉動，鋼絲繩在螺旋槽內收進或放出，使閘門失掉啟閉。3、爲了使閘門在恣意高度中止，在制動輪聯軸器處裝有 制動器。爲了避免疾速下降過速，在加速機的高速懸臂軸上，裝有調速器。另外，裝有帶主令控制器，裝有壓力傳感器的荷重指示安裝，二次儀表均裝在電氣控制柜上，以上組成了閘門開度控制和荷重指示，同時也作爲高度極限維護和過載維護用。4、在加速機的慢速軸上用小齒輪。5、吊具：由兩拉板將銷軸與動滑輪銜接組成，經過銷軸拔出閘門吊耳與之銜接。6、光滑：本機采用分散式干油光滑，在各個軸承處裝有旋蓋式油杯或壓注式油杯，試車前務必逐一加足光滑油。啟閉機的整個組成局部，均裝置在鋼構造的焊接機架上，機架以根底螺釘固定在混凝土的根底上。二、包裝、搬運和儲存啟閉機包裝應契合JJ17-83《修建機械包裝通用技術條件》的規則，運輸應契合鐵路、公路交通運輸的有關規則。在搬運、保管進程中應防銹、防碰撞、防變形。電控設備的包裝與運輸應契合JB3084-82《電力傳動控制站的產品包裝與運輸規程》的規則。產品不宜露天裸放，須裸放時也應將電動機、制動器、開關儀表、電控柜等電氣設備和電纜、鋼絲繩等寄存倉庫。其主機設備應有防雨、防潮、防銹、防風沙等措施。產品臨時寄存時，每隔一年應清洗一次，并涂防銹漆。卷揚啟閉機三、裝置1、 裝置前的預備裝置前應對一切部件停止細心反省,經反省合格后，方可停止裝置。若發現有運輸進程中惹起的損壞，應在裝置前予以修復；同時應反省加速器、制動器和各轉動軸承處的光滑狀況，必要時重新注油。2、裝置（1） 反省啟閉機平臺高程，其偏向不應超越±5mm ,程度偏向應不大于0.5L/1000（L爲測量長度）。 （2） 零件按起吊中心線找正，其縱、橫向中心線偏向不應超越±3mm。（3） 現場裝置的聯軸器，按編號、標志找正，確認無誤后銜接。（4） 纏繞在卷筒上的鋼絲繩長度，當吊點在下極限時，留在卷筒上的圈數不少于4.5圈；當吊點在上極限時，鋼絲繩不得纏繞到卷筒光圈局部。（5）反省離心式調速器制動面的間隙和彈簧緊縮間隙，其值能否契合要求，間隙能否平均。飛球分量能否精確，并作下記載。（6）、裝置后應有防雨、防銹、防風沙等措施。四、試運轉1、電氣設備的實驗要求（1） 接電實驗前應仔細反省全部接線并契合圖樣規則，整個線 路的絕緣電阻必需大于0.5M?才開端接電實驗。實驗應采用該機本身的電氣設備。實驗中，啟閉機電源的電壓損失不得超越15%，各電動機和電氣元件溫升不超越各自的允許值，若有觸頭號元件炙烤者應予改換。（2）電氣回路中的單個元件和設備均應停止調試，一切動力回路、操作回路和照明回路的接線應正確、劃一，其絕緣電阻不應小于技術標準規則值。（3）不帶電動機狀況下，對操作回路停止模仿舉措實驗，其舉措應正確牢靠。（4）對兩電動機，其轉動方向應辨別通電，看能否正確。五、無負荷實驗無負荷實驗共上下全行程往復三次，反省并調整下列電氣和機械局部：（1）電動機運轉應顛簸，三相電流不均衡度不超越±10%，并測出電流值。（2）電氣設備應無異常發熱景象。（3）反省和調試限位開關（包括充程度壓開度節點），使其舉措精確牢靠。（4）主令控制和荷重指示精確反映極限地位和分量，抵達上、下極限地位時，主令開關能收回信號并自自動切斷電源，使啟閉機中止運轉。（5）一切機械部件運轉時，均不應有沖擊聲；鋼絲繩在任何部位，均不得與其它部件相摩擦。（6）制動閘瓦松閘時應全部翻開，間隙應契合要求，并測出松閘電流值。六、靜負荷實驗將閘門在門槽內無水或靜水中正常升降三次。反省下列電氣和機械局部：（1）電動機運轉應顛簸，三相電流不均衡度不超越±10%，并測出電流值。 （2）電氣設備應無異常發熱景象。（3）一切維護安裝和信號應精確牢靠。（4）一切機械部件在運轉中不應有沖擊聲，開放齒輪嚙合工況應契合要求。（5）制動器應無打滑、無焦味和冒煙景象。（6）荷重指示器的讀數能精確反映閘門在不同開度下的啟閉力值，誤差不得超越±5%。（7）疾速閉門工夫不得超越設計允許值；疾速閉門的*速度不得超越4.2m/min；電動機、調速器的*轉速不得超越電動機額外轉速的兩倍；離心式調速器的摩擦面，其*溫度不得超越200 ?C。七、動負荷試運轉：先將閘門在靜水（或無水）狀況下，疾速封閉三次，反省合格后，在設計水頭動水和機組導葉開度100%甩負荷工況下，停止全行程的動負荷動水疾速封閉實驗。標簽：卷揚啟閉機 卷揚啟閉機廠家 鋼制閘門 鑄鐵閘門鏈接：www.jyqbj.comThe hoisting hoist consists of frame, motor, brake, reducer, coupling, governor, drum device, balance pulley set, steel rope, hanger and master controller, height indicator, load controller, etc. 1. (5) Reflect on the clearance of brake surface and spring tightening clearance of centrifugal governor, whether the value can meet the requirements and whether the clearance can be uniform. Whether the weight of the flying ball can be accurately recorded. (6) Rainproof, rust-proof and sand-proof measures shall be taken after installation. 4. Trial operation 1. Test requirements for electrical equipment (1) Before the test, careful reflection should be made on all wiring and conform to the pattern rules. The insulation resistance of the whole line must be greater than 0.5M_before the end of the test. The electrical equipment of the machine itself should be used in the experiment. In the experiment, the voltage loss of the power supply of the starter and shutter should not exceed 15%, and the temperature rise of the motor and electrical components should not exceed their allowable values. If there are contact number components, the roaster should be replaced. (2) The debugging of individual components and equipment in the electrical circuit should be stopped. The wiring of all power circuit, operation circuit and lighting circuit should be correct and uniform, and their insulation resistance should not be less than the value of technical specifications. (3) In the case of no motor, the simulation experiment of the operation loop termination should be correct and reliable. (4) For two motors, the direction of rotation should be distinguished between electrification to see if it is correct. 5. Load-free experiment has three full trips. Reflect and adjust the following electrical and mechanical parts: (1) Motor operation should be bumpy, and the unbalance of three-phase current should not exceed (+10%) and measure the current value. (2) There should be no abnormal fever in electrical equipment. (3) Reflect and debug the limit switch (including the filling and horizontal pressure opening node) to make its action accurate and reliable. (4) The command control and load indication accurately reflect the limit position and weight. When reaching the upper and lower limit positions, the command switch can send out signals and automatically cut off the power supply to stop the operation of the hoist. (5) When all mechanical parts are running, there should be no impact noise; the wire rope should not be rubbed against other parts in any part. (6) When the brake shoe is loosened, all the brake shoe should be turned over, the clearance should meet the requirements, and the current value of the loosening brake shoe should be measured. 6. Static load test: The gate is lifted and lowered normally three times in the groove without water or in the still water.
